When Gemma is not assisting businesses with their people needs, she is busy with her nine-year-old son, who is passionate about football, and her seven-year-old daughter, a budding performer, both of whom keep her on her toes. Gemma often finds herself cheering her son on from the sidelines, skilfully dodging mud and stray balls, or watching her daughter shine on stage, occasionally joining in from the audience, as she herself was a dancer until the age of 17. If she is not engrossed in football or dance, Gemma enjoys spending quality time with her husband and children, preferably while on holiday in a warm destination!
